Building Description:

This insulated building is designed to provide ample space for your needs, with 3 heavy-duty Class 5 roller doors measuring 4000mm x 4200mm each and one 12 point locking personnel access door. With dimensions of 10m x 25m x 5m to eaves, this building is sure to offer you plenty of room for all your storage and workspace needs.

Wall Detail:

This building features 35mm box profile wall cladding and 40mm composite material that is Plastisol coated steel sheeting for added durability.

Roof Detail:

The roof features a 10-degree pitch with skylights, and is constructed with 35mm box profile roof cladding and 40mm composite material that is also Plastisol coated steel sheeting.

Rain Water:

Guttering and downpipes are made of galvanised steel, hot dipped in Plastisol coating for maximum protection against the elements.

Fixings:

This building comes with all the necessary screws (coloured cap-less finishing screws), bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets required for easy assembly.

Framing:

Made from cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, all purlins used in this building are Top-hat sections. The framework is hot dipped galvanised steel to BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275, and is designed to BS EN 1993-1-3:2006 using a combination of rational analysis and component testing.

All base, eaves and ridge fillers are included with the building, providing you with everything you need to get started with your new construction project.
