Building Description:
Presenting a single skin building that meets your requirements. This building is designed to provide functionality and durability, featuring a roller door and a personnel access (PA) door.
Dimensions:
The building has a spacious interior with dimensions of 15m x 15m x 4.8m to the eaves. The roof is constructed with a 10-degree pitch, allowing efficient water runoff and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.
Doors:
Included in the building is a heavy-duty Class 5 roller door, measuring 4000mm x 4200mm. This chain-operated roller door offers robust and secure access for vehicles and large equipment. Additionally, a 12-point locking secure personnel access door is provided, ensuring controlled entry and enhancing security for personnel.
Wall Detail:
The walls of the building are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, providing strength and durability. The wall cladding is single skin and coated with Plastisol, a protective layer of plastisol-coated steel sheeting. This coating enhances resistance to external elements and contributes to the longevity of the building.
Roof Detail:
The roof features 30mm box profile roof cladding, also made of single skin material. The roof cladding is coated with Plastisol, providing durability and protection. The roof design incorporates an anti-condensation barrier to prevent condensation buildup and maintain a comfortable interior environment. Skylights are included, allowing natural light to illuminate the building's interior.
Rain Water:
To efficiently manage rainwater, the building includes guttering and downpipes made of galvanized steel. These components are hot dipped in a Plastisol coating, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.
Base, Eaves & Ridge Fillers:
The building package includes all necessary components for the base, eaves, and ridge fillers. These elements ensure a comprehensive and well-sealed structure.
Fixings:
All necessary fixings for construction are included in the building package. This includes colored cap-less finishing screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets. These fixings facilitate a smooth and efficient assembly process.
Framing:
The building's framework consists of cold-rolled Cee-section columns and rafters. Top-hat sections are used as purlins, providing structural integrity and stability. The framework is made from hot-dipped galvanized steel, conforming to the standards specified in BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275. The sections are designed in accordance with BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, utilizing a combination of rational analysis and component testing to ensure optimal performance and durability.
