Building Specifications:

This is an Insulated Building equipped with one manually operated Roller Door and one Security Personnel Access Door.

Dimensions:

The building measures 6 meters by 9.7 meters with a height of 3 meters to the eaves, and a pitched roof of 10 degrees.

Doors:

The Roller Door measures 2400mm x 2400mm and is manually operated. The Security Personnel Access Door is equipped with a 12-point locking mechanism for added security.

Wall Detail:

The wall cladding consists of 35mm Box Profile, 40mm Composite, and is made of Plastisol-coated steel sheeting.

Roof Detail:

The roof is also made of 35mm Box Profile, 40mm Composite cladding, and Plastisol-coated steel sheeting. The roof has a pitch of 10 degrees and includes skylights.

Rain Water:

Galvanised Steel with Plastisol coating is used for the Guttering and Downpipes. All Base, Eaves & Ridge Fillers are also included.

Fixings:

All necessary screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets required for building assembly are supplied. Coloured cap-less finishing screws are also provided.

Framing:

The framing is made from cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, with Top-hat sections used for all Purlins. The framework is hot-dipped galvanised steel to BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275. The sections are designed based on BS EN 1993-1-3:2006 using a combination of rational analysis and component testing.
