Building Description:

Dimensions:
The building has generous dimensions of 10m x 16m x 4m to the eaves, offering ample space for your needs. The roof is designed with a 10-degree pitch, facilitating efficient water runoff and adding aesthetic appeal to the structure.
Doors:
The building includes two manually operated roller doors, each measuring 3000mm x 3500mm. These roller doors are easy to operate and provide convenient access for vehicles and equipment. Additionally, a 12-point locking security personnel access door is included, ensuring controlled entry and enhanced security.
Wall Detail:
The walls of the building are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, designed as a single skin. The wall cladding is made of Plastisol-coated steel sheeting, which offers durability and protection against external elements. The Plastisol coating enhances the building’s resistance to corrosion and other environmental factors.
Roof Detail:
The roof features 30mm box profile roof cladding, also designed as a single skin. The roof cladding is coated with Plastisol, providing durability and protection against external elements. An anti-condensation barrier is incorporated into the roof design to minimize condensation buildup and maintain a comfortable interior environment. Skylights are included, allowing natural light to illuminate the building and reducing the need for artificial lighting.
Rain Water:
Efficient rainwater management is ensured with the inclusion of guttering and downpipes made from galvanized steel. These components are hot dipped in a Plastisol coating, enhancing their durability and resistance to corrosion.
Base, Eaves & Ridge Fillers:
The building package includes all necessary components for the base, eaves, and ridge fillers. These elements contribute to a well-sealed and secure structure.
Fixings:
All necessary fixings for the construction process are provided with the building package. This includes colored cap-less finishing screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets. These fixings facilitate an efficient and streamlined assembly.
Framing:
The building’s framework is constructed from cold-rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, ensuring structural stability and integrity. Top-hat sections are used as purlins. All framework components are made from hot-dipped galvanized steel, meeting the standards specified in BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275. The sections are designed according to BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, incorporating rational analysis and component testing to ensure optimal performance and durability.
