Building Description:

Single Skin Building with 1x PA Door and 2x Windows

Dimensions: 5m x 9m x 2.5m (eaves height), 10 degrees pitch roof

Doors: 1x 12 Point Locking Secure Personnel Access Door

Windows: 2x 1000mm x 1000mm Clear Glass Windows White uPVC, including framing and flashings

Wall Detail: 24mm Box Profile Wall Cladding, Single Skin, Plastisol coated steel sheeting

Roof Detail: 30mm Box Profile Roof Cladding, Single Skin, 10 degrees pitch, anti-condensation barrier and skylights

Rain Water: Guttering & Downpipes – Galvanised Steel hot dipped in Plastisol coating

Fixings: All necessary screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, brackets included for assembly

Framing: Cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, Top-hat sections used as Purlins. All framework is hot dipped galvanised steel to BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275. The sections are designed to BS EN 1993-1-3:2006.
