Building Description:

Step into a versatile single skin building that combines functionality and durability. With dimensions of 5m x 10m x 3.5m to the eaves and a 10-degree pitched roof, this structure offers ample space for various purposes.

Doors:

Enter and access the building effortlessly through a 3000mm x 3000mm chain-operated roller door, providing convenient opening and closing. Additionally, a secure personnel access door with a 12-point locking mechanism ensures peace of mind and enhanced security.

Wall Detail:

The walls feature 24mm box profile wall cladding, offering strength and stability. The single skin design, accompanied by the plastisol coated steel sheeting, provides resilience and protection against external elements.

Roof Detail:

The roof consists of 30mm box profile roof cladding, forming a reliable single skin structure. With a 10-degree pitch, it ensures efficient water drainage. An anti-condensation barrier is integrated to prevent moisture buildup, while skylights allow natural light to illuminate the interior, reducing the need for artificial lighting.

Rainwater Management:

Efficiently manage rainwater with galvanized steel guttering and downpipes, hot-dipped in Plastisol coating. This system effectively collects and directs rainwater away from the building, safeguarding the foundation and preventing water-related issues.

Fixings:

All the necessary components for easy assembly are provided, including colored cap-less finishing screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets. These fixtures ensure a secure and hassle-free construction process.

Framing:

The building’s framework is constructed using cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, ensuring structural integrity and stability. Top-hat sections serve as purlins, further enhancing the strength of the structure. All framework components are hot-dipped galvanized steel, adhering to the BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275 standard. The design follows the guidelines of BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, incorporating rational analysis and comprehensive component testing.

"Huge thank you to Yorkshire Services Group - their friendly and hard working team for always showing up and completing a job whenever we call them, we have tasked them on over 12 separate projects and they are always an asset to our building works. The after-care is just as good from these, especially Matt who I consider a very hands on owner."
