Building Description:

Doors:

The building features a manually operated roller door measuring 3000mm x 2100mm, allowing for easy access and efficient operation. Additionally, a secure personnel access door equipped with a 12-point locking system ensures the safety and security of the premises.

Wall Detail:

The walls are constructed with 24mm box profile wall cladding, providing strength and stability. The single skin design, combined with the plastisol coated steel sheeting, offers enhanced durability and protection against external elements.

Roof Detail:

The roof is composed of 30mm box profile roof cladding, forming a sturdy single skin structure. With a 10-degree pitch, it ensures efficient water runoff. The inclusion of an anti-condensation barrier helps to prevent moisture buildup, while skylights introduce natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting.

Rainwater Management:

Galvanized steel guttering and downpipes, hot-dipped in plastisol coating, efficiently collect and redirect rainwater. This system helps protect the building’s foundation and prevents water-related issues.

Fixings:

For ease of construction, all necessary fixings are included. These consist of colored cap-less finishing screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets. With these supplied components, you’ll have everything required to assemble the building securely.

Framing:

The building’s framework is constructed from cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, ensuring stability and structural integrity. Top-hat sections are utilized as purlins, further enhancing the strength of the structure. All framework components are hot-dipped galvanized steel, conforming to the BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275 standard. The sections are designed in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, guaranteeing strength and reliability through rigorous analysis and component testing.
