Building Description:

Experience the functionality and reliability of this single skin building, designed to meet your storage and access requirements. With a size of 10m x 20m x 4m to the eaves and a 10-degree pitched roof, it offers a spacious and versatile space.

Doors:

The building features a chain-operated roller door measuring 3000mm x 3000mm, allowing convenient entry and exit for vehicles and equipment. Additionally, a secure personnel access door with a 12-point locking system ensures controlled access for authorized individuals.

Wall Detail:

The walls are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, providing a sturdy single skin structure. The steel sheeting is coated with Plastisol, a durable and protective layer that enhances its resistance to weather elements and extends its lifespan.

Roof Detail:

The roof is designed with 30mm box profile roof cladding, forming a reliable single skin structure. With a 10-degree pitch, it promotes effective water drainage. An anti-condensation barrier helps prevent moisture buildup, while skylights provide natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting.

Rain Water:

Efficient rainwater management is ensured with galvanized steel guttering and downpipes, hot-dipped in Plastisol coating. These components effectively collect and redirect rainwater away from the building, safeguarding its foundation and minimizing water-related issues.

Fixings:

All the necessary fixings for assembly are included, such as colored cap-less finishing screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets. These high-quality fixings facilitate the construction process and contribute to the overall stability of the building.

Framing:

The building's framework is constructed from cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, providing strength and structural integrity. Top-hat sections are utilized as purlins, further enhancing the framework's stability. All framework components are hot-dipped galvanized steel, conforming to the BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275 standard. The sections are designed in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, ensuring robustness through rational analysis and component testing.

Don't just take our word for it...

"Huge thank you to Yorkshire Services Group - their friendly and hard working team for always showing up and completing a job whenever we call them, we have tasked them on over 12 separate projects and they are always an asset to our building works. The after-care is just as good from these, especially Matt who I consider a very hands on owner."
