Building Description:

This building is designed as a single skin structure, featuring 1 roller door and 1 personnel access door. With dimensions of 5m x 20m x 5m to the eaves and a 10-degree pitched roof, it provides ample space and a sturdy design.

Doors:

The roller door measures 3000mm x 4000mm and is operated by a heavy-duty chain mechanism, ensuring durability and reliability. Additionally, there is a secure personnel access door equipped with a 12-point locking system for enhanced safety and protection.

Wall Detail:

The walls are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, providing a single skin design. To ensure long-lasting performance, the steel sheeting is coated with Plastisol, offering resistance against various elements.

Roof Detail:

The roof features 30mm box profile cladding, also in a single skin configuration. It has a 10-degree pitch to facilitate water runoff and is equipped with an anti-condensation barrier to prevent moisture buildup. Skylights are incorporated into the design, allowing natural light to illuminate the interior.

Rain Water:

To efficiently manage rainwater, the building is equipped with galvanized steel guttering and downpipes. These components have undergone a hot-dipped Plastisol coating process, ensuring resistance to corrosion and providing reliable water drainage.

Fixings:

All the necessary fixings are included to facilitate easy assembly. This includes screws with coloured cap-less finishing, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets. These components are essential for securely erecting the building.

Framing:

The building's framework is constructed using cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters. Top-hat sections are utilized as purlins to provide structural support. All framework components are hot-dipped galvanized steel, adhering to the BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275 standard. The design is in compliance with BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, incorporating a combination of rational analysis and component testing to ensure structural integrity.

"Huge thank you to Yorkshire Services Group - their friendly and hard working team for always showing up and completing a job whenever we call them, we have tasked them on over 12 separate projects and they are always an asset to our building works. The after-care is just as good from these, especially Matt who I consider a very hands on owner."
