Building Description:

We are pleased to offer you a single skin building that meets your specifications. The building features three roller doors and one personnel access door, providing convenient access for various purposes.

Dimensions:

The building has dimensions of 15m x 15m x 4.2m to the eaves, providing ample space for your requirements. The roof is designed with a 10-degree pitch to ensure efficient water runoff. Additionally, skylights are incorporated into the roof to allow natural light to illuminate the interior.

Doors:

The building includes two chain-operated roller doors, each measuring 3000mm x 3000mm, and one chain-operated roller door measuring 3000mm x 3600mm. These roller doors provide large openings for easy movement of vehicles and equipment. Additionally, a 12-point locking secure personnel access door is included, ensuring controlled entry and exit for personnel.

Wall Detail:

The walls of the building are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, featuring a single skin design. The wall cladding is made of Plastisol coated steel sheeting, providing durability and protection against external elements. This robust cladding ensures the integrity of the building and contributes to its weather-resistant properties.

Roof Detail:

The roof is constructed using 30mm box profile roof cladding with a single skin design. The roof cladding is also made of Plastisol coated steel sheeting, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and weathering. An anti-condensation barrier is integrated into the roof to minimize condensation buildup and ensure a comfortable interior environment. The skylights allow natural light to enter the building, reducing the reliance on artificial lighting during the daytime.

Rainwater Management:

The building includes guttering and downpipes made of galvanized steel, hot dipped in Plastisol coating. These components effectively manage rainwater runoff, preventing water-related issues and preserving the structural integrity of the building.

Base, Eaves & Ridge Fillers:

To ensure proper sealing and insulation, all necessary base, eaves, and ridge fillers are included. These fillers contribute to creating a well-sealed and weatherproof structure, minimizing the risk of leaks or drafts.

Fixings:

The building package includes all the necessary screws, colored cap-less finishing screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets required for the construction process. These fixings ensure secure connections and facilitate the smooth assembly of the building.

Framing:

The building’s framework is made from cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, providing stability and structural support. Top-hat sections are used as purlins, further reinforcing the framework. All framework components are hot-dipped galvanized steel, adhering to the standards specified in BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275. The sections are designed in compliance with BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, utilizing rational analysis and component testing to ensure structural integrity and reliability.
