The Steel Building design is based on Industrial Standards BS5950 and BS6399, or equivalent Euro-code if required. Not to be confused with the agricultural standard BS5502.

• Building Dimensions

Drive-Thru Car Wash building with no roller shutters.
10m x 6m x 3.8m (low side) and 12m x 6m x 3.8m (low side) with 5 degree pitch (Mono), 1m x 5m x 2.4m Lean to addition with 10 degree pitch.

• Colour

Black in colour to all walls/Flashings/Guttering. Goosewing grey Roof.

• Roof Cladding Detail

30mm box profile Roof cladding which is single skin plastisol coated. Goosewing Grey in colour.

• Wall Cladding Detail

24mm box profile cladding which is single skin plastisol coated. Black in colour.

• Doors

Steel Security Personnel access door with 12 point locking system (Grey)

• Guttering and Fall Pipes

Formed Galvanized steel with plastisol coating, Black in colour. All fillers are inclusive.

• Building Fixings

All required fixings and caps are supplied.

• Framework - Pre-Fab Purlin Version

All framework is hot dipped galvanized steel to BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275.
The sections are made from cold rolled ‘C’ section columns and Rafters.

• Framework - Structural Steel Version

Structural grade galvanized steel sections replace all columns and truss sections. All other sections are made from cold rolled 'C' sections. All framework is hot dipped galvanized steel to BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275.

• Foundations

Bespoke foundations are based on regional wind loadings suitable for the advised construction requirements.

• Drainage

Bespoke drainage design with enveloped slab design and kingspan catch pit and 3000 ltr single stage washdown seperator to achieve local authority discharge consent.

• Building Design

Our buildings are contractors design and installation.

• Warranty

All of our steel buildings carry a 20 year material and installation guarantee.
