Building Description:

Step into the reliability and versatility of this single skin building, tailored to meet your needs. With dimensions of 12m x 10m x 4.8m to the eaves and a 10-degree pitched roof, it offers ample space and a comfortable working environment.

Doors:

Equipped with two chain-operated roller doors, each measuring 4000mm x 4200mm, this building provides easy access for vehicles and equipment. Additionally, a secure personnel access door featuring a 12-point locking mechanism ensures controlled entry for authorized individuals.

Wall Detail:

The walls are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, offering strength and durability. The steel sheeting is coated with Plastisol, a protective layer that enhances resistance to the elements and ensures longevity.

Roof Detail:

The roof boasts 30mm box profile roof cladding, forming a robust single skin structure. With a 10-degree pitch, it promotes efficient water drainage. An anti-condensation barrier prevents the accumulation of moisture, while skylights allow natural light to illuminate the interior, reducing the need for artificial lighting.

Rainwater Management:

Efficient rainwater management is achieved with galvanized steel guttering and downpipes, hot-dipped in Plastisol coating. These components effectively collect and redirect rainwater away from the building, safeguarding its foundation and minimizing water-related issues.

Fixings:

To facilitate the assembly process, all necessary fixings are included. These include colored cap-less finishing screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets. Rest assured, you’ll have everything required to erect the building securely.

Framing:

The building’s framework is constructed from cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, providing robustness and structural integrity. Top-hat sections are utilized as purlins to further enhance stability. The framework components are hot-dipped galvanized steel, adhering to the BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275 standard. The sections are designed in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, ensuring strength and reliability through meticulous analysis and component testing.
