Doors:

The building is equipped with a heavy-duty chain-operated roller door measuring 5000mm x 5000mm. This sizable roller door allows for easy access and smooth operation. Additionally, there is a secure personnel access door with a 12-point locking system, providing enhanced safety and peace of mind.

Wall Detail:

The walls are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, forming a strong single skin. The steel sheeting is coated with Plastisol, which not only adds a sleek finish but also offers protection against the elements. This ensures durability and long-lasting performance.

Roof Detail:

The roof boasts 30mm box profile cladding, also in a single skin configuration. With a 10-degree pitch, the roof efficiently channels rainwater and prevents pooling. Rain Water:

To manage rainwater effectively, galvanized steel guttering and downpipes are installed.
