Building Description:
Single Skin Building with 1x Roller Door and 1x PA Door
Dimensions: 4m x 7m x 2.5m (eaves height), featuring a 10-degree pitched roof.
Doors: The building is equipped with a manually operated roller door measuring 3000mm x 2100mm. Additionally, there is a secure personnel access door with a 12-point locking mechanism.
Wall Detail: The walls are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, providing a single skin design. The steel sheeting is coated with Plastisol for added durability and protection.
Roof Detail: The roof features 30mm box profile cladding, single skin construction, and a 10-degree pitch. It includes an anti-condensation barrier and skylights to enhance lighting within the building.
Rain Water: Galvanised steel guttering and downpipes, hot-dipped in Plastisol coating, efficiently collect and redirect rainwater.
Fixings: All necessary components for assembly are included, such as screws (coloured cap-less finishing screws), bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets.
Framing: The building's framework is constructed from cold rolled Cee-section columns and rafters. Top-hat sections are used as purlins. All framework components are hot-dipped galvanised steel, conforming to the BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275 standard. The design follows the requirements of BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, ensuring structural integrity through a combination of rational analysis and component testing.
