Windows:
To enhance natural lighting and visibility within the building, eight clear glass windows are included. These windows measure 2000mm x 1000mm and are made of white uPVC. All necessary framing and flashings are included for easy installation.
Wall Detail:
The walls of the building are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, providing durability and protection. The wall cladding features a single skin design and is coated with Plastisol, a durable and corrosion-resistant material.
Roof Detail:
The roof is constructed with 30mm box profile roof cladding, offering durability and weather protection. It also incorporates an anti-condensation barrier to reduce condensation buildup within the building. The roof cladding is coated with Plastisol, ensuring longevity and resistance to external elements.
Rainwater Management:
Efficient rainwater management is achieved through the inclusion of guttering and downpipes made from galvanized steel. These components are hot dipped in Plastisol coating, providing durability and protection against corrosion.
Base, Eaves & Ridge Fillers:
The building package includes all necessary components for the base, eaves, and ridge fillers. These elements contribute to a well-sealed and secure structure.
Fixings:
All necessary screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets required for the construction process are supplied with the building. These fixings facilitate a smooth and efficient assembly.
Framing:
The building's framework is constructed from cold-rolled Cee-section columns and rafters, ensuring structural stability and integrity. Top-hat sections are used as purlins. All framework components are made from hot-dipped galvanized steel, meeting the standards specified in BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275. The sections are designed according to BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, incorporating rational analysis and component testing to ensure optimal performance and durability.
