Doors:
A chain-operated roller door measuring 3000mm x 3000mm is included, offering easy access for vehicles or equipment. Additionally, a 12-point locking secure personnel access door ensures controlled entry and enhances the building’s security.
Wall Detail:
The walls of the building are constructed using 24mm box profile wall cladding, offering strength and durability. The wall cladding is made of single skin material and coated with Plastisol, a protective layer of plastisol-coated steel sheeting. This coating provides resistance to external elements and enhances the longevity of the building.
Roof Detail:
The roof consists of 30mm box profile roof cladding, also made of single skin material. The roof cladding is coated with Plastisol, providing durability and protection. The roof design includes an anti-condensation barrier to prevent condensation buildup, ensuring a comfortable interior environment. Skylights are incorporated into the roof, allowing natural light to illuminate the building’s interior.
Rain Water:
Guttering and downpipes made of galvanized steel are included to effectively manage rainwater. These components are hot dipped in a Plastisol coating, enhancing their durability and resistance to corrosion.
Base, Eaves & Ridge Fillers:
The building package includes all necessary components for the base, eaves, and ridge fillers. These elements ensure a comprehensive and well-sealed structure.
Fixings:
All the necessary fixings for the building’s assembly are supplied. This includes colored cap-less finishing screws, bolt sets, masonry anchors, screw caps, and brackets, facilitating a smooth construction process.
Framing:
The building’s framework is constructed from cold-rolled Cee-section columns and rafters. Top-hat sections are used as purlins, contributing to the structural integrity and stability of the building. The framework is made from hot-dipped galvanized steel, meeting the standards set by BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G-Z275. The sections are meticulously designed in accordance with BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, utilizing a combination of rational analysis and component testing to ensure optimal performance and durability.
